Location: Apache Junction Rodeo Grounds/Event Center.

Entrance to Park is at the junction of Lost Dutchman Blvd, (Brown Rd. in Mesa) and Tomahawk Rd. Tomahawk Rd. north of lost Dutchman actually turns into the entrance road. If you use GPS, it may take you too far east or west. See Directions pdf below.
Start time will be 8:30 am both days. Competitors arriving Friday afternoon may check in and pick up numbers after all set up is finished and until Peggy leaves. Not sure what that time will be. Office will open Saturday morning at least by 7:15 for check-in. Anyone entering online will need to show up in person to sign their Release. Reminder: anyone riding on a carriage needs to wear a helmet and must also sign that competitor's Release form.
No Food on Site: We have no one to provide food at the event for competitors. Lunches will be provided to Volunteers. It is several miles to fast food, so you may want to pack a lunch.
Vet on Site on Saturday: download information below, available for services
Schedule: 1st Dressage Test is at 8:30am. Check in at Safety Check/Wheel Measurement at least 15 minutes prior to your test time. Wheels measured on Sat. only (inform us if you use a different carriage on Sunday), but safety check is both days. Turn in a Safety Check Sheet each day when you go to Safety Check. Report to Cones Course after dressage test. Obstacles begin after the lunch break, and due to the number of competitors, and if we run late, that break could be later than usual. So until the schedule for dressage is finalized, it is hard to predict an Obstacles start time. Dressage schedule will be emailed to competitors and posted here several days prior to event.
Dressage Judge for ADT #1 and #2: Cynthia Ganem
Cones Judge: Lyle Brown
Technical Delegate: Rita Serlf

Please run off your own copies of Safety Check Sheets, Cones, and Obstacles. Hovering over the bottom of each page should bring up some tools to change the size of the page and to download it to your computer, if using Safari. Chrome browser has a download button at the top of the page and size controls along the right size. Don't know about other browsers. One pdf is included below with all the obstacles on a single page, but the quality is poor. (Reposted 1/19 as some elements did not copy.)
