Start Time/Schedule

Dressage will begin at 8:00 or 8:30am depending on entries. There will be a Competitors' Briefing 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled dressage test. Report to Safety Check prior to your dressage test for wheel measurement.

Fees:

  • Entry fee $55 (Price increase due to increased fees at this facility.)
  • $5 Haul in fee  only if you are not getting a stall.
  • Stall fee $25 for overnight Fri. and Sat. day or for Sat. day only -must strip before leaving to get you deposit back. 
  • Shavings must be purchased from the park @ $10 a bag.
  • Stall deposit $25 - needs to be made out to ADCS as a separate check. If paying online, bring this deposit (check or cash) with you and turn it in at Check-in, do not include with your online fee payment for the event. If mailing fees, include as a separate check.
  • Dry camping fee is $15, available Fri night only.
  • Service fee for paying online for this event is additional and will be included on the Entry Form. ($3.10 or less, depending on entry/stabling choices. The partial fee is included for each possible item you may choose on the entry form.)
  • Horse Lover's Park Day fee of $5 (unless you are already a member). You must sign their release and pay when you arrive. This goes directly to them, so do not include with your event payment, and remember to bring this fee with you. Please be aware that anyone riding on a carriage must also pay this fee. The fee is due each day-both Friday and Saturday. See further down about becoming a member of the park-$35 a year, which covers you for anytime you are at this venue.

Some Park Rules...

"All park users are responsible for their “Animal Waste” including fur/hair and any hair trimmings,manure, hay, and shavings prior to leaving facility. Please do not empty out your trailer into our garbage cans." 


Those striping stalls should pile shavings and manure in the alley way. Manure around trailers needs to go in the trash cans. Please do not empty out your trailer. Take that home with you.


No alcohol is allowed without a special permit, which we are NOT getting.

Entry Form is below. There is a "Fillable" one that can be filled out online and then emailed to the event secretary and we also included a more traditional one in case you are unable to make the fillable one work, or if you are snail mailing the form as it takes fewer pages.


Course maps will be posted here at least 1 week prior.


Note: Park Membership is required for every driver/handle/passenger on a cart, as is the case if someone uses the Park on one of the Open Arena days. The day fee is $5, to be paid on arrival. Membership for the year is $35 and the Form for joining may be found on the Park's website. Membership allows use of the facility on the open days and saves you the day fee for any event you may attend at the park. (If purchased after Oct. 1, it may be good until Dec. 31, 2020 - their web site states this for a membership purchased after Oct. 1, 2018; it is good until Dec. 31, 2019- so this may apply to this yer as well.)
